Wolf and Viking, Serviced in Place
Cooking equipment first — Wolf and Viking — and then the refrigeration, dishwashers and wine storage fitted into the same run of cabinetry, all serviced in place.
Wolf has never built refrigeration. Its catalog is ranges, built-in ovens, cooktops and rangetops, module cooktops, ventilation, coffee systems, microwaves, vacuum seal drawers, warming drawers and outdoor cooking — so a Wolf call is always about heat, ignition or control, and never about a sealed system. Viking is two families under one badge: the professional cooking line indoors, and Viking refrigeration built in, freestanding and out on patios. Servicing the two is genuinely different work, and in a house that has both it is common to find that only the range has ever been properly looked at.
That is where the week goes, but it is not the whole kitchen. Sub-Zero column refrigeration, Thermador with more electronics behind it than anything else on the shelf, Cove dishwashers behind matching panels, and the Miele, Bosch, KitchenAid and GE Monogram equipment alongside them are all work we do — usually on the same visit, because diagnosing one appliance in a kitchen tends to say what is coming for the next one. Wolf
Ranges, rangetops and wall ovens. Most calls are an igniter, a spark module or an oven reading thirty degrees light.
Viking
Professional ranges and built-in refrigeration. Glow-bar igniters and oven thermostats are the common wear points.
Thermador
Ranges, induction cooktops, wall ovens and refrigeration columns — the most electronics of the lines we service.
Cove & other premium lines
The rest of the shelf — Cove, Miele, Bosch, Dacor, Gaggenau, GE Monogram — is work we do in the same kitchens.
