Services

We provide appliance repair for residential customers in San Diego and the surrounding area, covering diagnosis, repair and maintenance of built-in and professional equipment.

Appointments

Appointments are made by phone on (858) 251-7380. We aim to offer same-day service where the schedule allows.

Pricing

All repair quotes are given before work begins. Payment is due on completion.

Parts

We fit factory-approved parts. We do not use aftermarket or refurbished parts unless you ask and we agree in advance.

Access to the appliance

Built-in equipment is serviced in place. We need clear access to the unit and, where the fault involves water or ice, to the supply shut-off. An adult over 18 must be present for the visit.

Diagnosis

A repair is quoted after the fault has been diagnosed, not before. Where a fault cannot be reproduced on the visit we will tell you so rather than replace a part speculatively.

Warranty on our work

Our labour and the parts we supply are warranted against failure of the same component. The warranty covers the repair carried out; it does not cover a different fault that appears later, damage caused by misuse or power events, or work carried out by anyone else afterwards. If your appliance is still inside the manufacturer's own warranty, contact the manufacturer first — sealed-system coverage on this equipment is generally conditional on who performs the work.

Cancellation

Cancel or move an appointment by phone at any time before the technician is dispatched, at no charge.

Liability

We are licensed and insured; licence details are provided on request before work begins. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, spoiled food, or issues unrelated to our repair work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of California.
