The model number, if the plate is reachable — on Sub-Zero built-ins it sits behind the lower grille or inside the upper door frame, on Wolf and Viking ranges it is on the frame behind the door, and on Thermador ovens it usually runs along the door edge. The county is one service area on paper and two rounds in practice. The coastal run down the 5 — La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Point Loma, Coronado, Del Mar, Solana Beach, Encinitas, Carlsbad — groups together because those kitchens sit close and their appliances fail in similar ways, mostly corrosion and moisture. The inland run up the 15 through Rancho Bernardo, Poway and Escondido is a separate loop carrying a different set of parts, because what fails out there is heat and run hours. Same-day or next-day service depends on technician availability and part stock, and you will be told which of the two you are getting at the time you book rather than afterward.
