Do you work on Wolf and Viking cooking equipment, or only refrigeration?

Which Wolf products do you actually service?
All of the cooking line: ranges, built-in ovens, cooktops and rangetops, module cooktops, ventilation, coffee systems, microwaves, vacuum seal drawers, warming drawers and outdoor cooking. What does "near me" mean in a county this size?

My Wolf oven browns unevenly. Is that the temperature sensor?
Sometimes. Steady at the wrong number is sensor drift; wide swings are control or airflow, and one pale side of a sheet pan is usually the convection fan or a baffle put back crooked. We log a full preheat and bake with a probe before naming a part. SK Appliance Repair, (858) 251-7380.
One burner clicks and will not light. Is that the igniter?
If it is the same burner every time, usually a corroded ground path at the electrode or a port blocked by an old boil-over. If every burner clicks together, it is the spark module. If it only happens with the doors open on a low flame, it is a draft. SK Appliance Repair: (858) 251-7380.
Are the parts original, and is the work covered afterward?

The range is fifteen years old. Repair it or replace it?
